Rental Policy
Smoking
No smoking is allowed in or near the camper. The full security deposit will be withheld with any scent of tobacco
Renter Qualifications
Renters must be at least 25 years old; possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance inclusive of liability coverage
Any additional drivers must be present at the time of departure; be at least 25 years old; present their driver’s license; provide proof of insurance; and sign the rental contract. Additional insurance coverage is included and details are provided in the Rental Agreement
Renter Responsibilities
Renters are responsible for all damage to the camper (regardless of fault) while it is in your possession
Renters are responsible for replacing any missing equipment
Renters are responsible for Theft and Vandalism
Renters must report all accidents and/or damage immediately and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities
Payment
We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards - Service Fees apply (where applicable) and are non-refundable
We DO NOT accept checks
Trip Insurance
Trip insurance can be purchased at time of booking for $50 regardless of reservation length and is non-refundable
Trip insurance can be exercised to cancel a booking up to 3 days prior to reservation for any reason
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your trip will be taken at the time of booking - service Fees will apply (where applicable) and are non-refundable
Reservations can be canceled up to seven days prior to departure date, and deposits will be refunded minus and incurred service fees
Renters forfeit their deposit if the booking is cancelled later than seven days prior to departure date
We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or illness unless trip insurance is purchased and exercised
Pet Policy
Yes, dogs are allowed but must be less than 50 lbs. Only 1 dog per rental

FAQs
Is there a check-in and check-out process?
Yes, each renter will complete a checkout form and walk-through of the camper before each rental
The walk-through process protects both parties by notating any damage prior to transferring possession to the renter
Do we have to empty the black and gray water tanks before return?
Yes, you are responsible for emptying and flushing out both tanks before return - the full security deposit will be withheld if not emptied and flushed properly
Please reference videos under “Helpful Tips” page for instructions on how to empty and flush the tanks
Are there any extra fees?
We charge a cleaning fee of $50 per rental
We pass along any service charges incurred for use of credit cards or other payment service platforms
Do we need proof of insurance?
Yes, please refer to the rental agreement for more details
How do I know when the camper is available?
On the “Book a Camper” page, we will be sure to keep the calendar up to date or feel free to ask using the “Contact” page
Are dogs allowed?
Of course, but they have to be less than 50 lbs. Only 1 dog per rental. No other types of animals allowed.
